Orders & Processing
How long to process my order? 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Not processed on weekends or holidays.
Can I cancel or modify my order? Within 12 hours of ordering. After that, it’s usually processing.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? 5–8 business days after processing.
Do you ship outside the U.S.? No, only within the United States.
How can I track my order? You’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number after shipping.
Shipping Issues
What if my order is delayed? Delays may happen due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. Contact us if delayed.
Wrong shipping address? Contact us immediately at jiballhimalaya2@outlook.com. Changes may not be possible once processing starts.
Package marked delivered but not received? Check with neighbors or your carrier. SUFATO isn’t responsible for delivered packages.
Returns & Refunds
Return policy? Returns accepted within 30 days if unused, in original condition and packaging.
Refund time? 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Who pays for return shipping? Customer pays unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
What to do? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will fix it promptly.
